Changing the hostname in Citrix NetScaler 10.1

There are two good methods for changing your NetScaler hostname in 10.1.  In the past it was a partially manual method that required changing the /nsconfig/rc.conf and /etc/hosts files.(See - https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX130146).  Now you can use either a command-line, or the Setup
wizard to do the same.

Command-line

Open putty (or your favorite terminal app)
ssh to the netscaler you want to make the change on
logon
type - set ns hostname <hostname>
reboot
Note - A reboot is not necessary, but the change you are making will effect licensing, so it is best to reboot and test.

GUI
The "Setup Wizard" box was removed and replaced with a inconspicuous gear.

Hit that gear and you will get prompted with the original setup wizard that allows you to set the IP, netmask, hostname, DNS, and Time zone.

Plus it lets you manage the licenses if needed.

Same thing, reboot after and test.
